This is exactly why I'm kinda conservative with my liking on Zuckbook. Liking EVERYTHING is just as irritating to see as people who like their own statuses, or join tons of groups which represent some overly deep cliché statement about their lives ('lik this if eh bokre ur hart!!', etc.)

@NyQuil012: Maybe he *did* mean concur!

Ah, this image. IIRC, this... computer(?).. belongs to somebody from 4chan's Technology board.

@QLAB: I had no problem with Joe Camel. Clearly, the good folks at Big Tobacco were trying to reduce kids' risk of ulcerative colitis, certian kinds of breast cancer, and Parkinson's Disease.

"Costing $599 off-contract is embarrassing when the iPad is $499."

@meske: Blackberry is a "Better OS"?

I'm happy to see this was posted.

@travisco_nabisco: That's the version number of the OS, not the kernel. The kernel is called XNU, and it's a separate project (although Apple lead its development).

Apple, Google, Barnes & Noble, and Amazon's collective boots.

@Paul Chabot: TV companies aren't being completely idiotic, though – a lot of them offer on-demand services now, particularly in the US and UK. They're all ad-funded, so from my or your perspective, they're free.

Although it looks incredibly, incredibly stupid, it seems like a very good idea.

@pirateaboard001: When you consider how much software Microsoft sells, it's unlikely that they would lose much money. If any. Plus, if Windows 7 Ultimate was $30 or something like that, and super-easy to obtain legally and install (i.e, no overbearing verification process), far fewer people would pirate it.

@goodwood8: You're absolutely right. It's hard to convince somebody to pay for something, like a TV show, when they can download it for free just as easily. The lack of any DRM-related restrictions on illegal downloads also makes them more attractive – I've actually pirated things I legally own in another format

@darkly: Hey now! The term 'stin**r' is very offensive to those
