I’m not a fan of the new Prius, and absolutely no Teslas

I swear, if the grocery store doesn’t start buying $600/month worth of my dryer lint animal figurines, I’m gonna put a 2000% tariff on all the goods I buy from them! They are gonna be soooorrry!

Welcome to 1680 month financing plans...

volvo V60 stationwagon (is this still the same Jalopnik from Spinelli days?) with the new B5 engine which is a hybrid. i have it with the bowers and wilkinson stereo in it which beats anythign i’ve ever heard, simply amazing stereo

Honda Accord or CivicHybrid

They only come in a manual so that distinction isn’t needed. He needs to be willing to travel - have a few local and quite a few within 100 miles.

Koenigsegg should buy the rights and bring back Saab. (Bring it home)

Take all the extreme tech and lessons learned from development of their halo cars, and use that experience to make modern, safe, and affordable vehicles for the masses.

A “trade deficit” is not inherently a bad thing, or a sign you’re losing money.  Everyone has a trade deficit with their grocery store.  They buy tons of food from them, but never sell them anything.  Is that a problem that needs to be fixed?

This isnt even news anymore.

Same for RAM HD trucks. The starting price would be $1 million going up to nearly $2 million. The rednecks who definitely need them for doing truck things are going to love that...

They’re both in a ton of debt so it’d never happen but a Lucid and Rivian merger would work so well.

(shrug) this is allegedly what “everyone” wanted and voted for, so let them lose. I mean, in the end it will be (take your pick) Biden’s/Obama’s/Hillary’s/the mailman’s fault...anyone except the person/people who put this sort of thing into play, of course.

Yet they are getting rid of the manual GTI and Broncos with a manual are hard to find. Because of this there will be fewer sales and manufacturers will say, “Look, no one buys manuals, better get rid of them”.

Whoa....missed this:

Economist Simon Johnson dubbed the fallout from 2008 a quiet coup. He was spot on.

So Jaguar?

Except the super rich. An economic collapse is the fastest and most efficient way to take away wealth from the working class give it to the billionaire class.

Tesla + Hims + Crypto.com + Car tuner Hennessey

No words for this lunacy.  Everyone loses.

Lucid and Rivian (as long as they remain separate brands).
