I throw it in a cold oven. I have one of those double ovens where the top in smaller. Since I usually wrap it in foil, I just open it up and put it on the rack. Set the oven to 450. By the time it heats up, it is usually done.

It’s a shame that getting hit by car no longer gets included. But thank you sir or ma’am for the Futurama reference. You are truly wise.
