There seems to be a common theme amongst the community of people that do not believe what was portrayed in the documentary. They suggest that it was done with a slant and is not a true representation of the incident. Ignoring the irony, most of them will readily admit that they have not even seen it.
If this was an

"What does 'inconsistent' mean?" That tells me everything I need to know about his ability to interpret the situation for what it was worth. He did not have a clue as to the gravity of what was going on and his own defense set him up to fail. Suspicious, fishy and/or conspiratorial are all words that come to mind.

Problem is, how do you reconcile that with the circumstances of this case? He's not guilty of disposing of the bones that are in his yard, but he still did it? He shot her without nary a needle tip of DNA in that garage outside of the ONE bullet that was tampered with and never should have been admitted. That just

So all the charges related to that farce of a confession coerced from a 16 year old were dropped because there was ZERO corroborating evidence, he was found NOT GUILTY of mutilating a corpse but still found guilty of homicide? That only makes sense if you are bias, have an agenda or a part of the conspiracy!

The talking points have certainly been circulated. You basically just summed up everything that is wrong with this case. The amount of IMPLICIT BIAS levied against these guys is palpable and evident in his first trial, throughout the documentary and the postings on this board. Its a natural phenomenon but implicit

LOL. OJ??? You're swinging for the fences I see. Look, you may have a couple outliers that are circumstantial in these instances but there are just WAY TOO MANY in this case. I know things can be spun and taken out of context but this is not one of those situations. I will venture to say that you have not watched the

Well, considering that his initial conviction had similar incidents of police misconduct, there's a pattern of behavior that is disturbing. Steven Avery is just the prism that is casting a light on areas of our justice system that need to change. But…the conflict of interest is NOT bullshit. They were not supposed to

At the very LEAST you cannot deny the conflict of interest, lack of physical evidence to support the prosecutors account and the completely improper techniques used to coerce a confession from a kid without his guardian or representative present. If this should stand, we are ALL at risk and if something like this

Yup, that's unequivocal proof right there. That's a very suspect pattern of behavior that also condemns hunters and farmers to the same psychological profile. *eye roll*

Speaking of a pattern of behavior, Kratz has a history of perpetuating innuendo and bias to obfuscate and overcome his lack of actual evidence. Avery was exonerated for his alleged crime and I find it a bit ironic that the pot has the audacity to call the kettle black, considering Kratz has his own demons.

You're not kidding. Allegedly, they shaved her head but not ONE hair follicle was found in that jungle of a trailer. Her melted cell phone and camera were found but just fragments of her skeletal remains. Does bone disintegrate in a fire faster than plastic? There aren't just holes in these theories, it's an abyss

The house was cluttered, floor was dirty and equipment was dusty and yet the prosecution would have you believe that the place was scrubbed clean of all DNA evidence in that mess. If you buy that BS then you'd likely buy some property in Oklahoma with a great ocean view too.

Actually, I do not recall that being emphasized by either side in the documentary. That was just a point of emphasis from the troll that was on the board earlier (not sure if he has inside info or just trying to poison the well). I would hope that if she had a phone that was equipped with GPS then one or both

It certainly looks like it was tampered with when LabCorp says they didn't do it and does not extract the blood in that manner. You couple that with the fact that the seal was broken and that's just one more thing that just doesn't add up.

He's got a definite agenda. The holes in this case are obvious to anyone who cares to look at the situation with any sort of objectivity. I still don't understand how you could ascertain that he would take the time to delete voicemail messages (even though he didn't know the password), clean up ALL the traces of her

No confusion, just a parallel to an entrenched conspiracy and what was done in order to receive vindication. There needs to be a completely new set of eyes and ears to review this case.

Much like Ruben "Hurricane" Carter, if Avery wants a fair trial, he's going to have to get it reviewed by the Feds. There are too many authority figures that have a vested interest in this conspiracy for him to ever receive the resemblance of impartiality from the state and local government.

Ok, how bout these FACTS! This is a snippet from an article I just googled regarding your theory with cell towers. Sooo, I don't know where you get your "facts" but it sounds like your "facts" have been a little distorted. Chew on that TRUTH:

Ahhh…classic bait and switch, very good grasshopper. Problem with THAT theory is this place is pretty remote and that science is based on triangulation. I certainly don't know how many cell towers are out there but it did not seem to be the mecca of commerce with high end technological infrastructure requirements.

Not if bits of her remains were tossed in AFTER the fact. But again, even if you believe the story as it was told, there would have been MORE of her remains in that pit. You can even extract DNA from cremated ash in some instances and you can certainly distinguish it as human. We're still finding complete fossils
