That's one of the things that drove me up the wall about this case. If the story happened the way it was framed in that press conference, there's NO WAY you wouldn't find any evidence in the mattress, in the rug, on the floor or anywhere in that garage…NO WAY! The whole thing just stinks.

Whether you believe Avery did it or not, you cannot deny the improprieties, conflict of interest and "coincidences" of the case levied against Avery. He was railroaded and his nephew was caught in the crossfire. Guilty or innocent, reviewing this case should make you scrutinize the integrity of our criminal justice
