You'll see her quite often at Stevie Nicks' Fajita Roundup.
M2 didn't go anywhere because no one carried it. I was in college at the time and my girlfriend's dorm certainly didn't have whatever cable system carried it. By the time it was being carried by more cable companies, people had moved on. Not to mention that MTV was expecting massive viewing numbers but M2 wasn't a…
Anyone thinking about the Fire 6 should know that it has a much more limited selection of apps available for it. I have no idea why. We bought one of these for my youngest daughter last year and I've regretted it since then. It's probably a decent tablet for adults who don't want the kiddie games (it has a beautiful…
When Harry Ate Sally
A Tale Of Two Titties
I'm waiting for The Hunt For Red October 2: Another Hunt.
Apple patents stuff all the time and doesn't do anything with it. They just like to hold patents. I don't see this ever actually making it out of patent-land. Besides it being creepy as hell, it's also invasive and easily abused. Who decides what's okay to film and what isn't?
"Late 2016" for 8 episodes is what I'd read.
Nope, can’t agree. Though I would have preferred something all-new entirely, I think the update is a beautiful design. In a similar way that to the Viper from Battlestar Galactica was updated, it bears some similarities to modern sports cars - slim and sleek - where the originals were very utilitarian.
I can ignore it by thinking that like some battles here on earth, not all of our available armor is needed or is suitable. What bothers me is the continuity-busting X-wing model shown in the "not final" artwork. I really hope that "not final" means "will be replaced with era-appropriate X-wing." Because I can't figure…
The Buck Rogers starfighter is another Ralph McQuarrie design, and it's likely that he simply reused Star Wars concepts for a bunch of things - the Battlestar Galactica ships also share similar design features as was found in early Star Wars concepts, and Buck Rogers ships carry designs found in BSG concept art. I…
Hola, Ms. Hand. I really only posted to say that.
Terrible episode overall - easily the worst of the entire run, and that's not because it's the last and that makes it terrible. I felt like I was watching an entirely different show. They had to have had a pretty good idea the show was not coming back. Everything was wrapped up in this episode. There wouldn't have…
Hey! Cool, we're view-brothers. I'm just watching this now, but I'm the exact opposite: brilliant, amazing TV. So I'll stop there - we've nothing to share in common beyond the fact that we're two years late to the game. Second season is even better, though.
And to think that some of us were being called racist a couple of seasons back because we objected to a "new" character (Coach) being added when Winston had hardly been developed. Now that Coach is gone, suddenly Winston has really come to life.
Absolutely needs to be an extended series. There's enough going on to fill multiple seasons with intriguing complexity, and the time would allow it to be filled in slowly, just like the book. I think a single film is a ridiculously limiting time frame for something like this - or even a longer series of films like…
I have a Pencil by FiftyThree and it's true, it "doesn't suck." It's also not great - no pressure sensitivity. It seems only to unlock some capabilities in Paper, rather than truly enable you to do more. It gets used as much as something that "doesn't suck" probably should, which is "once in a while."
No, they all suck. The only one that works well is the Apple Pencil, which I tried on a coworker's enormous iPad Pro a while back. Apple's Pencil is pretty great, but for $100 it better be. Not to sound like one of "those" people but for the money I'd rather buy a Surface 3 or Surface Pro 4 and have a LOT more…
Hush.
I hate musicals and I loved Galavant. Is there no hope for a third season?
