I feel bad for those who've been affected by this legitimately. But blaming the entire police force for the (alleged, or whatever) actions of a few officers isn't any better than saying black people are violent criminals based on the actions of a few...
Sounds like you're at blame here.
I don't feel shafted. Mine says Day One on the controller!
I don't feel shafted. Mine says Day One on the controller. So eat that $350 people.
Yeah most people don't know but ignorance of the law is no excuse as the old saying goes. ;) I don't think they're concerned with the initial live stream, just the recorded version posted for replay later.
This is super interesting. I work in artist management and licensing so I fully endorse the right to protect songwriter and artist copyrights. But it's also cool that Twitch did this and gave the gamer a solution outside of licensing a song, using Creative Commons or composing their own music.
Nobody is stopping the steamer/gamer from using CC attributed music. They would just need to show Twitch that CC license. Same as if the gamer wanted to John Carpenter it up and compose his own score for his video.
You don't get to decide when copyright law applies and when it doesn't. That's definitely not what the founding fathers intended when they created this idea of protecting our nation's creatives.
I hope to see these in all games on my Emmy Award-winning Xbox One.
Fucking Michael Bay!!!
And I meant the critics of this game journalist. Not the game journalist himself. Sorry to confuse.
I assume all these critics have a background in digital news media. Or at least work at Target.
Didn't Call of Duty already make this a reality? Bam!
My mother in law is. She's a retired kindergarten teacher. And my wife's cousin. She's a Jesus freak. So... Yeahhhh...
Only people named Jon/John can be from the future. Hasta la vista.
This. Go Austin! I'll be looking for these at SXSW this year.
I got a rock.
Mein hodensack ist auf fuer...
This post is about as interesting as The Interview. Go back to posting about black cheeseburgers, Bri-Bri. ;)
