If you look for it, there’s almost always a moment in those first scenes where Columbo knows who the culprit is. Sometimes he explains it at the end, “You never should’ve let me read your palm . . .”, other times he doesn’t, but if you’ve seen these episodes as much as I have, Falk gives a couple of little tells that

Well, it is easy for him. He just has to watch the beginning of the episode and the whole crime is laid out for him.

Judith Light was the boss

No point in reviewing a show that just going to get cancelled after 2-60 seasons anyway.

I always thought Vision had more in common with Red Tornado. And Superman seemed like a direct inspiration for Sentry and Hyperion as opposed to Cap.

You know maybe instead of a huge plan for all these movies over all these years.

Much better to use the Pym Particles.

“The streets will run RED, with RAZZIE-ZAZZIE”

Beat ya!

Don’t you assume the snowbeing’s pronouns!

I heard on Rogen that there’s a school in New Jersey where they keep rooms of snow around for students that identify as Snowman.

“Go back to Fuckplaneistan!”

“Are you ENTERTAINED . . . on this plane?!”

that episode has the greatest cold open to a TNG episode ever

if anything the Queen should have been a one-off - “some species decided to fight back by sending in an agent to take control of the Borg. It worked but in an unexpected way” kind of thing

It’s the same thing that happened in Doctor Who to the Daleks when Davros was created.
I mean, before that there was Yarvelling, but nobody ever knew or cared about him.

So much this. First Contact is by far the best TNG film, but I hate that it absolutely ruined TNG’s best villain.

This. Lower Decks is clearly crafted with love for Trek, and is also really funny. I highly recommend it for any Star Trek fan.

Now playing

Martial arts dork rant incoming....the OG Obi-Wan v Vader from EP IV is probably the most “realistic” of all the scenes as it doesn’t look like a pre-programed set. Obviosly all of these are “coreographed” but that one had the awkward pacing and more direct/simple attacks that you would expect actual sword fighters

This-over the years Flash has been written as just really fast to godlike. But I love the Rogues Gallery.
