I still haven’t seen any directions on how to merge a legacy account, so I’m not getting dozens of years-old notifications. However, I can assure you, it’s still impossible to follow conversations even without those distractions.

I gotta thank Kinja for finally motivating me to cut the cord. One of the reasons I bothered maintaining cable was because I enjoyed discussing stuff on here right after aired. But now that that’s no longer possible, I can be perfectly happy watching it a year later when it drifts to Amazon or Netflix.

In general, I think pot is a perfectly harmless drug.

These are two great suggestions.

I’m all for mocking Trump, but the AVC is the most fragile of glass houses from which to be throwing stones about typos.

Yeah, I think you’re giving George too much credit. I mean, the whole “no one believes in Jedi” works if the Jedi were a loose-knit group of wandering warrior monks. It doesn’t work if they’re space- bureaucrats. It seems like he just totally reimagined what the Jedi were for the prequels.

It’s an expression of mild irritation that you couldn’t be bothered to mention the city.

But, the show told us he had already looked up “Littlefinger + Ned Stark” when the threw that “chaos is a ladder” line back at Littlefinger.

But, we knew Bran knew all about Littlefinger because Bran through that “chaos is a ladder” line back at Littlefinger. This wasn’t a case where we don’t know if Bran used magic google - the show confirmed he had. He just inexplicably failed to share this information.

Warrior-monks who are sent to negotiate tax policy, apparently.

He had a cape when he went to see Jabba.

Remember Pogs? They’re back in Porgs form! Or maybe Progs are back in Pogs form!

Julian Castro was a former San Antonio mayor. States have governors, not mayors.

KORL!

I’m seeing Roy Wood live in a few weeks. Looking forward to it!

I agree, as I said elsewhere (good luck finding the comment in Kinja), his power is that he has google. However, we know he had already run a search on Littlefinger (because he threw that “chaos is a ladder” line back at him), so there was no reason he shouldn’t have IMMEDIATELY shared that info with Sansa and Arya.

I disagree. The motivations of the characters are clear and consistent in the novels. Littlefinger has plans that make sense (marry Sansa to the Vale’s heir to solidify his control, while plying her with promises of taking Winterfell in order to set himself up as the power in the North). In the show his plan is?????

Indeed. I am much reduced from my glory days.

I just learned today you can edit. It’s in the three dots to the right of your post. Though you can’t once someone responds.

Thanks! I’m so distracted by the “pending approval” that I never even noticed the three circles.
