Thank you for explaining all this.  It sounds like mental health support is as difficult to obtain in the Netherlands as it is in the US, and that’s a dreadful inditement of the systems in both countries.

This breaks my heart.  It’s pointless in this case to say that there are new treatments for PTSD that might have helped her, but I wish they were freely available to everyone.
