This is not new. He’s lived near Dayton for a long time. People in Cincinnati have been sharing sightings of him for several years now.  He likes to come down to one of our bar districts, probably because too many people in Dayton know to look for him.

I don’t think anyone should harm him or encourage others to harm him. I do think it’s okay for women to alert other women when a man who committed a rape while intoxicated is frequenting bars again though.
