I like this, this is definitely the best idea and most realistic. You still get to have the real motorcycles but you take out all of the logistic errors and assumptions from the original idea. This is actually feasible if someone can program it! Safety is still a problem but can be mitigated.

I feel like the scariest part is probably doing 150mph with run flat all seasons lol. Unless Mini is actually putting better tires on them now?

Yup, there are way more terrible condition cars that I would rather deal with. You could certainly find plenty of salvaged titled, barely running cars for cheap. But at least if its interesting, it will be worth the suffering to keep it going.

All depends on the street you find yourself on. Mountain road, no houses around; easily will find that mountain road at 45 instead. Often times, that road is somewhat dangerous even at the speed limit. So it is plenty of fun without having to break any laws.

I find it funny that my Miata has one of those glow in the dark emergency trunk releases. Like you are really going to fit a whole person in there?

Yeah, I think I am definitely weird since I go hard on both ends of the spectrum. I will spend 6-7 hours detailing my car in the summer time and then go drive 12 hours through a snow storm and go basically off roading in the winter and not give a shit about the salt and dirt. It always seems like people do one or the

Yup, this is about what I do. I drive a crap ton in the winter though so my car gets really salty and dirty during those months. Driving 6 hours up to Vermont will add many layers of not clean to the car. Claying it after a long winter is always so rewarding! I really just need to start doing a 2 bucket wash and then

I think there are different levels of “insanity” when it comes to cleaning a car. I like to clean my car like every other week while also giving it a nice wash, clay, polish, and wax like 3 or 4 times a year. The thing is, you can get a really good detail that you spend a few hours on to last for a couple months with

California only cares about emissions. As long as your shitty tires aren’t throwing any exhaust gases into the system then they can be as terrible and bald as you want. I bet you can just run steel wheels to the pavement as long as you don’t kill any ducks with your toxic exhaust fumes!

If only the servers worked reliably. Shit was fine all day until my lunch break. Then it decided that the servers didn’t work anymore so I only caught like 2 pokemon in an hour.

Yup, I just bought one for that sole purpose. I am now ready to become a pokemon master! And free same day shipping?? Hell yeah!

It really depends on the time of the day as well as the time of the year. I drove from San Luis Obispo to San Francisco via the PCH and left at 7am in February. There was not a soul on that road until we were leaving Big Sur around noon. Great fun with the road that empty!

I met someone that owns a Chrysler Sebring, PT Cruiser, and Dodge Caliper. Interesting fellow!

I don’t think you realize how many people have absolutely zero idea that there is any such thing other than "all-season". If they are not from a particularly snowy area, then all season is all they might ever know. These are just referred to as "tires". It is about the equivalent of telling them about engine swaps or

Leaves! Hopefully non poisonous ones. That is definitely the worst part though.

I thought something might have been wrong. That would make this a really shitty scenario to run into!

Okay that makes sense, I will definitely be passing way more people in Vermont then. I have always just sat behind whatever slow guy for miles until a passing zone opened. Obviously this is not including places where it clearly says “no passing zone” as well.

Why are there double yellows at all then? It is confusing to see both dashed lines and double yellows while being legally allowed to pass on both. While driving in Vermont I have definitely been passed on double yellows in the middle of snow storms.

I think it is the worst in the rain or fog or other “visibility is poor” scenarios (not including “its dark out”). And this is mainly because people leave the lights set to auto. Sure some idiots will disable that and end up with lights off at night too. But Auto lights do not do anything for you in the rain or fog or

This thread makes me feel like I need to buy some unreliable cars because I do not have any nearly interesting enough stories! Sure my previous Civic had nearly every part replaced on it by the time I sold it, but I was only stranded once and only bled a little bit on occasion. Now my Miata is even more reliable since
