YES! Bulbasaur, Squirtle, & Charmander have a very low ratio of (catch rate)/(flee rate). Meaning that the odds of catching them on a given throw are quite low, and they’re odds of fleeing after every escape are relatively high. Which makes for an extremely frustrating and difficult to catch Pokemon.

That’s been exactly my experience. I ultimately got booted from the private trackers I’ve been lucky enough to be invited to, even though I always tried to seed, but I guess the tracker just generally didn’t have enough users to download what I was seeding.
