Every few years we get a “new DeLorean” from some design firm or abstract designer to help bring eyes to their firm/portfolio.

Do a Cummins swap!
Oh man, the car meet arguments over which distro is better will be legendary! Can’t wait to see Calvin pissing on an Ubuntu logo.
I’m glad Jalopnik has mods in the comments now!
Bingo. Dealers will do everything in their power to assure that your review doesn’t matter.
Jesus, that last picture is pure sex.
I’ve got an old school oil can for easy to reach bolts. I then have a pressurized can that I can fill with any fluid and then hook it up to a compressor to turn into a spray gun.
Going to be like GM. Take the Peugeot badge off the front and slap a Dodge or Chrysler bade on it. I think it’ll be great though, if we can get Peugeot styling and performance in a new package for Chrysler and Dodge.
I have a feeling that GM might pull a FCA here and make the “SRT” type brand for Corvette. Having a mid engined sports car that gets 30MPG, hybrid options and then you add an electric SUV? You get a CAFE standard dream under one of the most american brand names.

yes, and I haven’t seen them do anything with Lotus outside of some concepts. I imagine it’s easier for Geely to help offset costs by working with Renault.
“British electrics with French build quality and reliability!”
Jokes aside, I figured Lotus would be teaming up with a big OEM for their electric projects. They can barely stay afloat getting gas engines shipped in and building cars on their line. It makes sense they hook their horse to a car that has some experience…
The way Tesla treats Rich is so crazy to me, and really puts me off the brand.
It’s funny, I remember seeing the Defender in the flesh at the CIAS in 2018 and I really liked it. I loved the rear hatch, the safari windows, the silly but useful accessories.
Type C with a 13b rotary. Mini Le Mans winner!
Oh god, I remember that. Got to the rear of a C class and there was the little smart. Hidden away in the back like a redheaded stepchild.
I’d like to know the mileage on them. I’m sure a dealer owner had a “weekend Viper” that had dealer plates on it and was never sold. They sell it “new” with 3k miles on them and a full warranty.
Yeah, but then whatever was in the trunk reeked of fuel, oil and exhaust.
As someone who bought a G29 RIGHT before they all went off the shelves, I’m glad to see Logitech is still in the game making decent wheels and pedals. If you aren’t sure if Sim Racing is for you, a $400 investment that can pretty much be recouped when you’re done is a nice proposition.
