You know what I like to do? I like to post somewhat controversial, slightly joking opinions on Jalopnik and then blast this in the background:

E39 Wagon

Mini’s are pretty reliable. Make sure the timing guides aren’t rattling to death and you’re good to go. Maintenance and repair is a hell of a lot easier than on a Subaru, just more expensive...

Since David Tracy is in Germany, I’m glad that someone said this.

Sounds like I need to spend more time in Nashville.

It’s why the Autozam sold in vulgar numbers, made for smaller folks! /s.

Duh, this is in Nashville. Everything is more fun in Nashville, just ask ANY BACHELORETTE PARTY IN THE WORLD.

I liked the i3, just didn’t like that BMW couldn’t full commit. I fit well in that, so I’d like to try the Leaf just for the hell of it. The VW offerings are looking tempting. I’ve already installed a 240v outlet in my driveway for a welder so I’m waiting for the right commuter to fit my needs.

Delorean did! They built the DMC12 to accomodate tall men as John Delorean was 6'4".

No, I used the one on the center console. R is for Race, right?

Even without the size restraint, I didn’t enjoy the ergonomics and ride. Can certainly fault a car for it’s build and how they built it.

Does The Herb play him enough for a Bolt?

Drove one at a Chevy dealer while waiting for a friend to buy a car.

Yeah, but, you have to drive a Bolt then...

You cowards remove Pepsi Blue and give me a can of knockout juice?!

I read a few books about the development of the EV1. It was a response to Ford and Chrysler who were working on lead acid equivalent electric cars. GM brass was hesitant until they realized they could look like a car company AND a tech company (a huge boon in the late 90's) with NiMH battery technology.

Wasn’t the parts supplier AC Delco, GM’s arm for parts?

I’ve heard this sentiment before with Cadillac, which is a shame. I can go sit in an old Deville and while everything may be out of a Silverado, it still holds up.
