I enjoyed the slow burn as we waited for them to come out of the woods. It was somewhat obvious from a plot standpoint, but tonally it was nice.

Let's steer this conversation in the right direction.

Yeah, I was somewhat fearful that they would drag out the confrontation for most of the season, like they did in past seasons with the Governor, etc. I think one of the strengths this season is that they have several plot points moving around (trip to DC, Gareth, Beth, the potential evolution of the group into

If it's not, then it's way up there. I haven't read it in a long time but his unfollow Fridays thing he used to do was gold. It was hilarious how many people would correct his intentionally wrong information and then unfollow him.

By cramming Colin Jost into every sketch?

    Mr. Q, that's fascinating, that's fascinating, yo. . .

    Colin Blow

Is it just me or is that one of the most awkwardly-worded FJ clues in a long time? I guess having the word 'French' in the category helps, but I had to read it like five times to figure out which ingredient they were subbing out and which one they were adding. Wow, the Broncos are playing tonight? Going from Sunday night and then playing this quickly seems kind of unfair. Then again, it's the Broncos and they're awesome and the NFL needs to maximize their prime time games, so I guess it makes sense.

Nope. Seinfeld is far more talented of an actor than Mulaney.

    A human lamprey.

He looks like a brown-haired Archie that came to live in our 3D world while remaining 2D.

I really want to upvote this, but Mulaney is so fucking terrible at acting that I can't. Let that be a lesson to you: never even obliquely praise John Mulaney's acting! You will lose those sweet, sweet upvotes.

A weird bit of irony is that two men wrote this song.

    Her?

I agree, but I sort of love the confidence of the letter writers to refer to whatever fetish/interests they have as though they're mainstream enough for everyone to know what they are. Although that love waned a little when I read the last letter this week. Normal letter, normal letter, normal letter, nor—fecal
