Almost, we got Reagan in the 80s.
Almost, we got Reagan in the 80s.
hahah Yeah, it does make it more reasonable. But i think the whole deal atmosphere was different than just a Craigslist purchase though. We were both members of the Subaru Club here in Brazil, which is a million times smaller than the NASIOC (North American Subaru Impreza Owners Club), so you know...
Oh god. We need someone to photoshop the background in and it'd be perfect.
You're comparing apples to oranges. The Model S is a powerful luxury car aimed closer to BMW and Mercedes, while your Cruze is an economy car with fewer amenities, much less power, and a much less luxurious ride than the Tesla has. By your logic we should all be cruising around in old Kia Rios.
So, when you say dream car, 80k starts to become a game of best values. Therefore, I submit for your consideration.... the tuned C7.
Housing, transportation, education, are not needs? Sure there are plenty of ways to reduce your costs for all of them - depending where you live you might not need a car, college expenses and methods of paying vary wildly, etc ... but still, these are expenses that most families face in one form or another.
You don't need retirement and college funds ?
I like them both, but I love that the Porsche engine guy actually built his from scratch. The Gravedigger build is very impressive too, but it has an off-the-shelf motor. I appreciate all the rest of the work he put into it too, but to say the Porsche engine “ain’t shit” is wrong.
the S2k looks so much cleaner than the miata to me (probably going to catch a ton of crap for that). Especially when you compare the early years like 1999 to each other.
For me, it starts a conversation that goes like this: “Why the fuck did they waste engineering and design dollars to curve this edge when they could have designed an SD card slot and a removable back?”
“Ferrari refused to grant permission for hot laps to the owner of the LaFerrari”. See, this is why I’d never buy a Ferrari.
I know he didnt. And i didnt made it clear that i called him to ASK about the bumper, not to make him pay. Actually, he got so surprised by it that he offered to pay for the repair. After i said "no, its OK, i just wanted to know if you were not scamming me", i accepted his offer to pay for it.
As an S2000 owner I disagree with you 100%
I too have wifi and fast cars and everything. What I don't have is unilateral decisions on expensive items that impact everyone else.
"It's your goddamn [money] do what you want with it."
Jeremy Clarkson/Top Gear?
Will Top Gear continue, yes. But will "Top Gear" be able to survive...no.
The thing that I find terribly ironic about this whole thing is that the punishment really makes no sense when you consider how they have handled his behaviour in the past:
Did you steal Raylan Givens's hat as well?
Your navigation screen that's stuck displaying the Land Rover logo isn't broken, it's the diagnostic computer displaying what's at fault with the car.
