Not saying this didn’t happen, but have heard firsthand accounts of her behavior on sets besides this one, much more recently, that certainly align with a reputation for being difficult to work with. She routinely ‘tests’ directors with outbursts to see how they respond.

Am I an outlier for wishing we got actual episode reviews instead of just beat for beat recaps?

Set photos have been streaming out for weeks now. Other genre sites have covered this. It’s not some miraculous surprise just because y’all missed the news and failed to report it. Interesting approach to this article, sarcasm and feigning shock when you could have just linked to those who were on top of their jobs

The Christopher Robin trailer also made me tear up, so no judgement there. Stupidest film to make me cry was Daredevil in theaters as a little kid. When Elektra takes Batfleck’s mask off and she realizes she’s wounded her lover? That was the straw that broke the camel’s back. There was just too much tragedy in Matt

Great, now I have to do my lurking through Savage Love comment threads on the same account I made to browse Kotaku in the eighth grade.

Watched a clip from Punisher: War Zone today (in the Julie Benz Random Roles article actually) and was shocked by how horrible basic visual effects were for a studio film only nine years ago. Christ, the 2004 Punisher has aged better in terms of effects.

Interesting creative decision to release a mediocre album and then a pretty solid one a week later. Really digging "HNDRXX," but "Future" was forgettable as hell.

Saw Kelly speak after a live screening of Donnie Darko a few years back. When asked about S. Darko he brushed it off and dismissed it as a cash in.

This trailer gave me chills. The original John Wick is one of my favorite films of all time, and I'm incredibly excited for this. Absolutely seeing it on day one.

What a horribly executed trailer in almost every way. The film itself could be decent, but damn. That temp track killed my hard on instantly.

Constantine is an excellent film. Highly underrated.

Thanks, but no thanks. I'd rather keep my dick

Glad to see the Gawker media bankruptcy influencing the AVClub so profoundly

I wish more film/television critics were educated in the technical aspects of filmmaking, but it's unfortunately more of an exception than a rule these days

I've never read Preacher, but I loved the pilot. Here's hoping it can fill the gaping Constantine-sized hole in my heart. That show really should've never been on NBC…

There's an online church that frequently has booths at various conventions, "GameChurch". They give out a ton of free stuff with that sort of rhetoric all over it

Loyal to the Game took unreleased songs that had potential to actually be good and put them in the hands of a mediocre white boy rapper with no relevant production experience. The moment he started adjusting the pitch and tempo of 2Pac's vocals to go better with the shitty beats he selected is the moment that album

Slashing.

That's the Santa Monica Pier in Santa Monica, California! Not sure what it was called in San Andreas but it was definitely there too. It was also in Iron Man. Pretty famous spot.

That car that falls off the vehicle carry thing whatever is a vintage Aston Martin DB5! W00t classic cars!
