Return of the Joker made no sense what with it being a shooter with Batman but I loved the fuck out of it and the music was amazing. And for no gameplay reason whatsoever you could press up to make Batman look at the background. It was cool as fuck.

From what I’ve seen in the trailers the rain is just an effect to the Bleached things arriving. Possibly clouds also getting accelerated to condense faster.
