Well I can't blame him but he's wrong about black being all colours mushed together and white being the absence of color (it's the opposite). Maybe someone should describe colours to him in terms of what light is physically (red is ~650nm wavelength photons of light etc...).

All of them use micro-USB except for the Galaxy Tab I believe. The note 10.1 may also use a proprietary port but I think it has micro USB

So... Looking at the apple refurbished website for my country (Canada) I can get a refurb (basically brand new with 1 year warranty) iPad 3rd Gen 16GB Wifi for 370$... Why the fuck would anyone get an iPad 2 ($399) or iPad mini ($330)?

but isn't the screen of the iPod touch at 1180x640 nearly the same resolution as the iPad mini at 1024x768 while having almost double the pixel density (330 vs 160 something)? I'd go for the iPod touch unless you have really bad eyesight or NEED 4G in your tablet.

Is there any hardware limitation (like on the ARM SOCs for example) that prevent Apple and other mobile device manufacturers, from using USB 3 connectors on their devices? I know most intel based computers are integrating USB 3 but I haven't, as of yet, heard of any ARM based devices using the standard.

The iPad did get 'smaller' lol. Way thinner to 7.2mm and smaller screen. No retina because they kept the price 'down'. Really it should be retina for that ridiculous price. 330$ for a tablet with way worse specs than a Nexus 7 that costs $250 for the same storage? No thank you.
