I’m too old to start riding bikes, but if I did, it’d be a sport bike like a Buell. I saw one once on display and I said “That’s a Harley? I’m not used to liking them.” Now I understand. Sad and shitty.

The Icon is $8,500 not $10,000... but it’s not a cheap bike that you might crash once or twice as you learn. And I suppose once you add tax and the $500 freight fee, you’re pretty much at $10k.
