The roads are crap there, partially because they run such heavy loads. The multi, multi-axle trailers are EVERYWHERE in Michigan.
The simplest way to determine speed is to measure from where the car is at the beginning of the video to where it was hit, then count the time. Theres also skid marks to measure (if there are any) and other non guessing ways.
