Racists do still have a right to free speech though. And as far as I know, there are no laws against having certain thoughts or opinions. It’s mostly the physical expression of certain thoughts, with that expression directly interacting with another person, that are outlawed.

While the belief itself may not be peaceful, if the demonstration (march, rally, protest, etc) is peaceful, I still don’t believe violence is justified.

I agree, although not entirely. I tend not to judge groups based on extremes, and I don’t judge groups that seem to be extremist by the actions of those involved with the group.
