What’s critical here is that a prospective associate justice to the Supreme Court may have repeatedly committed perjury. And not just perjury about a peripheral matter, perjury about an actual crime.

Sure he might reverse all reproductive rights for women, steal emails and lie under oath, but damnit he’s one hell of a carpool dad.

If Kavanaugh has lied under oath. He should not be approved. If he is approved, he should be impeached when Democrats regain the majority. Whether or not he is removed depends on how big that majority is and whether there are enough republicans that actually care about the rule of law.
