My issue is more with the way Rose is coming after everyone, yet said the crime was none of her business and that Salva was nice to her and the crew.

Maybe they’re giving her horrible customer service because she’s being an asshole to them? Maybe they’re tired of everyone being dicks to them for something they didn’t personally fuck up on? You can treat human beings as human beings, with respect and kindness, and you’ll get it in return 9 times out of 10.
