Winner. OMFG.

First thought: Hentai Burger.

Congratulations on your anniversary! I look forward to every installment. I love your delivery, you much more late-Spock now, in the beginning you were early-Spock and a bit more emphatic. Nice synchronicity with the defuses!

One of my favorite SCTV sketches. We still say “What fits into Russia?” with bad Russian accents whenever we have issues packing, bagging groceries, etc. SCTV was so good.

I’m 100+ hours in and can’t figure out how to get to Kaer Morhen for the Wolf school armor. I’m just noodling around taking my time and dying a lot.

I was at level 22 with the enhanced feline armor. It made me lose the enhanced swords but I was able to keep the armor on til I leveled up. Maybe because I was at 22?

Chuck Jones: Sooooper Geeeenius.

Deserves to be last. What rotten tripe.

Add me to the chorus: far too low a ranking. One of the few movies I will watch more than once.

Never bothered to read the books after dipping into the first one when it was published, just too damn derivative, and it came out at a time when there wasn’t a whole lot of mass-published fantasy to be derivative of. (I was also spoiled by reading the Ballantine Adult Fantasy line). Might make a decent TV show though.

I first saw her on @Midnight (last week I think) and based on that I was interested in her Comedy Central appearance. This interview only makes me more interested.

The Ciaphas Cain: Hero of the Imperium omnibus by “Sandy Mitchell” (Alex Stewart). I really dislike relentlessly grimdark books (though I love Joe Abercrombie) and stay away from most of Warhammer, but the sly humor and numerous but low key puns and jokes make for a refreshing read. On to the other omnibus Defender of

My daughter’s best age was the year or so she’d latch on to my calf and ride around on my foot as I walked. Easy and cheap amusement, totes adorbs and every damn time she’d laugh like a loon.

Keep these recommendations coming! You haven’t steered me wrong yet!

I was surprised by this, only in that I expected the Stonewall to have achieved official landmark status long ago.

Add me to those who now wish Rose and his sycophants will go away for good. If he bet during his playing career - and lied about that too? - he’s a non person.

I’m a dad and, as I mentioned elsewhere on Kinja, I plan to see this with my daughter (who’s in her 20’s) while my wife is out of town this weekend. How much kleenex should I bring, or should I just give up now?

I was getting books through the Scholastic Book Club from about ‘66 or ‘67 on for a few years; somewhere in the house I have a paperback copy of “A Wrinkle In Time” purchased there. maybe some more as well. Read it again about 5 years ago. I also have a hardback collection of scary stories under the “editorship” of

Jurassic World today for Father’s Day with wife and daughter. Fun time, definitely a movie to see big screen. Next weekend Inside Out with my daughter, and I expect to be a wreck when it’s done.

I wear my goofy dad badge with pride. It took a lot of sweat, effort and desperate, repeated delving into my imagination to earn it.
