Oh, please. The AV Club can't hire editors. What do you think this place is, the Ritz Carlton?

It's been a long time since I've watched Signs, but at one point don't they clearly state on the news that they're from a dying world and that this is a desperate raid? I always took this as the explanation as to why they stealing people and probably goods from Earth. And, honestly, I think it's enough of an

"What? No!"

Shyamalan's defenders have been making the case that The Happening is supposed to be bad since it came out. Even if this were true, it still shows that he had absolutely no control over the film's tone and isn't able to thread the needle necessary for camp. After this weak argument in the film's favor, I'm still not

What bothers me about making it the government all along is that it's been done before in earlier seasons. We went through these motions and then it came back to the aliens. The entire episode felt like a rehash. I was less happy with this episode than the reviewer, and I was really pumped to get more X-Files. Here's

The X-Files? More like The Xposition Files, amirite?

You can count me among those who do not get the Margaret hype. I appreciate the film's scope, but I'm not sure it needed its entire running time to show us how naive, stupid, selfish teenagers are. I was once a naive, stupid, and selfish teenager, so I get it.

It's a really incredible moment, isn't it? It's kind of like the ending of The Usual Suspects.

That's bullshit. As the show went on, it became pretty clear that Scully was the more interesting character, and a lot of that is thanks Gillian Anderson's performance. Duchovny's a fun actor, but despite the fact that he was initially the lead, Anderson quickly started stealing the show from him.

I'm kind of disappointed that they broke up Mulder and Scully, because this film showed that they still had great chemistry as a couple. As exited as I am about the new episodes, I am afraid that they're going to play it a little too safe and give the people exactly what they think the people want.

In these people's minds, her perfectly reasonable, not all that shocking videos are going to result in the eradication of skimpily dressed women in video games. This seems unlikely. But even if it does happen, what's the big deal? Haven't these people heard of this thing called pornography?

The Gizmo Duck/Darkwing Duck crossover nearly blew my eight-year-old mind.

With a little more work, I think the second film could have worked. It has a few effective moments, like when the bad guy stalks and abducts one of his victims. And I was happy to see the relationship between Mulder and Scully worked out. But plenty of the hot button issues were poorly handled, and the proceedings

Sample Dialogue: "A bank robbery! During a hurricane! This isn't exactly a low pressure area, yaknow what I'm sayin'?"

I haven't seen the remake since the theaters, but I remember thinking they completely botched the tone of the books. The books had me laughing out loud, but for whatever reason I barely cracked a smile during the film. But they had a hell of a cast.

Green and purple marshmallows or gtfo.

Just be happy he didn't complete the ensemble with his pair of giant jorts.

Upvoted because you said plz.

"The groan-worthy dialogue’s a head-scratcher, as Legends Of Tomorrow was developed by the team responsible for Arrow and The Flash"

"I have no memory of this character."
