Is this really that much easier than temporarily disabling your screen saver?

@TheFu: Not for anything, but a lot of the smart phones also have "real" gps, not just aGPS. I know at least the Motorola Droid does.

@zmnatz: Agreed. This is like, a "pour kernels in bag" step shy of normal microwave popcorn. Plus you save a "remove bag from plastic wrapper" step, so you're even.

@wjglenn: I usually use the microwave method, but the above is what I use to make "kettle corn." Same thing but you dump sugar in there.

SPOILER ALERT:

@Gotlactose: Another user noted this, but there are actually a lot of programs that do this in the marketplace (I use gmote, for example for this function).

I never got into the RSS torrent feed thing and I'llt ell you why. Whenever I did this a bunch of wankers would post fake shows up constantly. So, for example, if the latest episode of The Office was S5E14, at some point a file named The.Office.S5E15 would get posted with tons of spam bots seeding it. It would

uh duuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuhh...

@Whitson Gordon: Agreed - I've spoken paragraphs that have recognized perfectly. When I'm alone, I use it as a main method of text entry.

I use the mugger's wallet idea. I get the occasional ugly wallet-as-a-well-meaning-gift-but-don't-really-want so throwing a 10 spot in there along with the "sample" cards (and even the fake family photos) seems like it would work well for either pick-pockets or muggers.

@TuxBobble: Exactly in the same boat with you. There is no reason for me to comment. +1

@sharked: I'm with sharked. I was a WinMo apologist for years and had smug replies for iPhones and Android until I finally started using the iPod touch. I eventually started to like Android and when it came time, I upgraded to the Droid and never looked back.

@K5Doom: It is, but more so if you are buying an "older" Zassenhaus (before 2000 or so) and if you are grinding for extremes, like very coarse or very fine grinds (which would apply to French presses or espresso, which is basically the two ways I drink coffee).

@reapur: for Tmobile I think its called myFaves or something. I think most networks have an equivalent thing, it's basically "numbers outside of my network I can call unlimited."

Free Calls:

@Anomaly1: To be fair, it's not that they don't WANT you to see the site, it's that the videos and shows they license have specific restrictions about who they can "broadcast" to. The ability to show these shows is what makes them popular. The licensing restrictions is what gives them that ability, so they have to

Look up Zassenhaus. It's an old, awesome hand crank burr grinder. Yes, it's more expensive. Yes, it's worth it.

@Frontline: In your vast search have you tried typing in "32gb Micro SD" into ebay? There's like, over 300 of them.

@cronoklee: Same here - if there was another app that hooked into Gmaps to do this it would be killer. My big problem is I want to use the GPS function while roaming in Canada, an activity I'm sure would kill me at $2 a mb roaming.
