Unless you’re ‘surge increasing’ your workers pay during those hours fuck right off.

It’s very important to boycott Wendy’s, because if this system ends up working, you can be sure it will spread like wildfire through the fast food industry and beyond.

I watched the first two. It’t ok, not terrible but not special either. Watching made me realize it just doesn’t need to exist. The cartoon is perfect. This is like remaking The Godfather. Completely unnecessary.

I agree with this. They really need to get over the boring tedium crap that keeps people away from these games.

This game is fantastic! Every JRPG fan should give it a shot, either via GamePass, PS+, or just playing the demo that is in every console/PC.

This is precisely the game up my alley and one of the coolest PSN freebies in recent memory

This is a GOAT comment. So many helpful things in here honestly.

Fast travel from quest menu seems to work for places you haven’t been as well and you can do it from anywhere. Getting a quest in New Atlantis and being able to just fast travel their immediately from the menu is really nice and I’m glad I don’t have to run back to my ship and then jump etc everytime.

I really do try not to be overly pedantic, but when I read that I zoomed down to the comments section to see if anyone else had pointed this out because in my opinion that’s actually a pretty important thing to understand.

I’m thoroughly enjoying the game (still in Act 1, I’ve been busy, NO SPOILERS), but I’m noticing how Larian’s history with the Divinity games is causing some unusual friction here.

The depressing visuals are key to the narrative, and they definitely do capture the mood.

Ugh, that really isn’t a selling point. It means the maps will be full of pointless filler and chests to fill the space out. It was that tedium that made me give up on AC: Valhalla.

Honestly with Luke gone I don’t see a point in returning to this site anymore. His were some of the few articles I found tolerable to read or even mildly informative without relying on constant opinion and hearsay without research being done.

Waypoint shut down, All of Giant Bomb’s original folks moved on, now the last of the oldschool Kotaku writers leaves the site. I know that most of these folks have other projects ongoing, but it does seem like a lot of my old standard bookmarks aren’t what they used to be, for better or worse.

Pretty much any character that isn’t Clive suffers from the same issues that Jill does.

The first one really captures the everyday toll violently suppressing civil liberties takes on you.

As a general rule, if the survival elements aren’t causing any stress, you don’t actually HAVE survival elements, you just have some mildly annoying busywork at times. The whole point of survival elements is that they need to cause you stress, with the possibility of your game just being fucking over because you

You’re alone on the ship, you’re out of fuel. You desperately search around the few asteroids in the system scavenging what little you can find. But you’ve stayed too long. You hear the footsteps, he’s here. And all that fills you is dread as they speak.

I think this is a great example of a review where the author came to a conclusion, and the reader can fully understand the “why” of that conclusion and know whether the game suits them or not.

Oh shut up you obnoxious little twat. Take your spoiler-phobic ass to someplace that cares.
