In no place other than Chicago, Crook County, ILLinois I sold my car. I forgot to take my plates off the car at the time of sale (fully my mistake). I tell the asshat who I sold it to that the plates were still on the car and to please remove and dispose of them. No response.

The obvious awnser as to why motorcycles aren't popular in America is because of safety. Everyone who rides a motorcycle has at least one story that makes you sick to your stomach a little bit.
