I disagree, the tesla driver should have been able to avoid that collision. If he had slowed down by 30 mph and had moved to the left lane he should have been able to clear the back end of the semi which had mostly cleared the road. There was certainly enough time to react, it would have taken the semi 10-15 seconds…
