I’ll disagree there. I think the plugin hybrids are a weird middle ground to try and win over ICE die hards. I think they’ll stick around for the next few years in small quantities but it certainly seems like most automarkers are focusing on a 100% EV future.

How is it disrespectful? It’s another simple case of “if you don’t like it, don’t use it”. There’s been plenty of videos since this service launched of people surprising family members with animated photos of their parents or grandparents. It can be somewhat touching if you don’t have a video of those relatives.
