I think my only complaint with it was the pacing. It felt like the beginning of the movie was chase after chase and very little time to breathe and develop the characters and relationships. The time travel part felt a little rushed I thought. I would have liked if they’d stayed there just a little longer before

I’m not sure how much I’d use this at home with my tablet but I really like the idea of using this on roadtrips or using my portable projector. The price is a little higher than I’d like though

That’s basically what I was expecting... a normalish-sized hotel that was star wars themed with staff dressed for the theme and themed restaurants. Bonus points for onsite activities too.

What we got is cool but just so niche. That price for two days (with one in the park) and being in a LARP setting is just not

Loved the Zune player on the PC... I loved getting badges for listening to artists and seeing a ranking for them. Was sad when they did away with that piece.

I’ve done a few roadtrips in Norway.. I can’t imagine driving something as big as a current f150 on some of those roads

I’m good on switching now, I just can’t justify the cost for new cars. The prices are nuts right now... looking at a used truck for now and then maybe going electric in a couple of years.

Right? It’s like we’ve gone back in time a few years

Oh I bet! I was debating about jumping to a JL or a Gladiator... a test drive of the former was a lot smoother had better acceleration than what I’m in now. I think I might roll the dice and try a pickup for a bit though and will forego some ruggedness for better driving quality.

Doing research on all of the used full

I don’t drive a manual but I have a 2015 four door sahara/altitude (basically the same thing). They’re not bad but definitely a bumpy ride. It’s been my daily driver since I bought it and you feel every little bump in the road and every gust of wind pushes you like a sail since it’s such a big box.
I did a US road trip

I’m intrigued by the “this movie was crap” statement followed by “we’d totally work with these people again and loved how they supported DC” etc. follow up statement.

If they did a crap movie the first time why would the case be different the second time around? Would love for some sort of “tell all” at some point to

It looks like a 13-year-old movie.”

I feel like we’re looking at different trailers. I went and saw Avatar 1 when it was back in theaters and they had a scene from Avatar 2 at the end and the CGI was pretty nuts, as were the water effects.

And listening to Pink Floyd

I bought a pair of astro’s back in the day when they were supposed to be the best, had the mixamp, and did a Penny Arcade crossover for the Cardboard Tub Samurai.

I was so disappointed. They felt hollow, had middling audio quality, and frequently had a ton of distortion if there was a loud explosion or something in

Yeah, this is where I’ve landed on camping. I have a Jeep Wrangler and was going to mod it to make it more rugged but realized I have literally no reason to. I’ve done backwoods camping in my area but you’re still taking a road to a parking area and then hiking in. I can’t think of a spot that would really need

Unless there’s some sort of time travel element

This is what we need :(

I was actually just up there in Svalbard not too long ago and did a tour at Gruve 3. Gruve 7 is just north of Longyearbyen but sadly I didn’t get up that way (you can hike up Foxdalen in the vicinity there).
As you mentioned, Norway has continually shifted towards green energy. The power there in Longyearbyen is all

Seems like the banks aren’t actually open. I saw some other articles saying the 30th

I’m in Europe right now during the heatwaves... between the temps and the lack of AC... I’ll sit in a garbage can full of water if the opportunity presents itself.
