I played the alpha solo and didn’t really have any trouble. Maybe it changes later on in the game but it was doable and, if you die, you just start the instance over again and change your tactics.

It looks pretty good in person. I’m not sure I had any real complaints graphics wise. Since it’s on online game though it certainly isn’t trying to compete for prettiest of this generation though.
Keep in mind that up until the alpha we hadn’t really seen any gameplay though. Based on the screens and the trailers it was tough to guess how exactly it’d play and what we got certainly wasn’t what I expected given the Tom Clancy branding.
Right? That absolutely killed the game for me. We hadn’t seen any gameplay up until that point but I’d expected an online, open world Ghost Recon-ish game. The gunplay just did not deliver on too much fun though and the fact that every single bad guy seemed to look exactly the same was annoying.
I’ve played it Kirk and yeah, it sort of looks like Ghost Recon but it doesn’t play like one as far as the shooting mechanics go. I had thought/hoped it would be a bit more tactical and fast paced but the enemies are bullet sponges with some simply being able to take more damage than others. The first “boss” fight…
They’ve “landed” a helicopter at the peak:
Well, you can fly there with a helicopter now:
So yeah, technology will always get better
I had a delay as well but nowhere near as bad as other people are experiencing. I preordered my pipboy edition on Amazon after it was first announced. My order was finally processed on Sunday or Monday. On Tuesday I got a text saying my order was on its way and would be delivered that night. Sadly, the tracking number…
It started in california as a way to promote a chinese restaurant. It caught on and they started giving them out after a meal. Then it took off from there.
A lot of people complain about expensive keyboards.
It’s been a part of the the Google Music subscription as well. When I did the trial last time it gave me a premium account for Youtube that disabled ads and enabled playback with the screen off.
The exact same way, by tracking plays and giving them a piece of the subscription money. How do you think music subscription services work?
Look Fyre TV. That’s basically what that does.
The gameplay looks interesting! But I’m not paying money for this. That’s beyond stupid. If you want to kill the character and make the player start from scratch... cool. But locking me out of a game I purchased? No thank you.
“There’s no reason for anyone to miss”
You’ve seen Star Wars right? I think they were trying to replicate the accuracy of the movies.

If anyone, like me, had already preordered Halo 5 on Amazon and was going to redo the order for the savings... it’s already applied! I checked my transaction and it had the $15 in prime savings taken out already.

Yeah, we need new KOTOR and new Kain games. We had a good run for a while!
I downloaded the first KOTOR game on my tablet recently and keep meaning to play it again. I’m just going to be sad knowing that after I finish both again... there’s nothing left.
At least The Force Unleashed 2 was better than those dismal Knights of the Old Republic games from back in the day. What were they thinking?
I KID I KID. Did your blood pressure spike?
I read through this and I think the convoluted storyline is exactly why I can’t get into these games. It’s just weird and corny.
I’m curious to see what they do with number two since I’d assume that all of the cut features are going there... but I’m definitely not buying it on launch day.
