“the last time I went to the movies to watch one of them was for Guardians of the Galaxy.”

I went once a few years ago (when the tickets would still be up for at least a day or two) and while I had fun, it was honestly just line after line after line. It’s such a fantastic idea but it just can’t handle that many people.

Have you thought about simply dumping the blu ray player and simply buying an actual receiver to use with the speakers you already own?

Sure, just like a lot of mods are worth some money to support. But now we’re talking about a business transaction where they (the supplier) is selling me (the consumer) digital goods in exchange for money. They don’t have an eta on when the goods are going to be delivered or what sort of progress they’ll make. It’s

Exactly, that’d be my approach as well I think.

You make it sound like they are asking for money on Kickstarter or Indiegogo or something.

“are so many VR projects it’s becoming less and less special”

Because competition is bad? It’s the wide variety of projects that are going to drive the technology forward and bring new advancements to the tech. If you care about VR at all then you shouldn’t be deriding the new surge of products, you should be

I’ve played the free version and I’ve followed their development for years. I’m still entitled to an opinion them going Early Access.

True! And with that said I’d like to see them show what the money is going to. If I were trying to request funding for a project I’d be expected to provide some sort of business plan other than “I’ll get back to you”.

Give us a basic breakdown of what you’re working on and what sort of timeline you’re looking at. Or

That’s true! But it’d be great to see more concrete estimates and information if they’re looking to make it more of a professional task rather than a hobby.

Fair enough! Thankfully opinions don’t require everyone to agree.

I remember the long stretches of silence and zero information from them over the years and, if I give them money, I’d like to be sure that we won’t see a repeat of such things.

True, but I’d like to see a timeline other then “well we’d just be making a guess”. If I give them money I’d like to make sure that they aren’t going to go through long stretches of silence and no news like they’ve done in the past.

Given how long it has taken them to get this far I’d be hesitant to give them money without some sort of ETA. At least have some sort of simple timeline of goals that you hope to achieve in order to get the project done.

When does he ever get left off?

Ha, no. That’d be a very loose definition of “almost finished” they are still hoping to get an alpha of the actual game out late this year and then maybe the beta for sometime in 2016. Who knows for the actual release, especially if it’s only the single player game that launches first

Same here. It’s certainly not a bad film by any means but I actually thought it dragged a bit in the middle. I love the other two as well but Shaun of the Dead is still number one in my heart.

Bloodfin! That’s the one.

Rifleman was a hoot. I was garbage if people go close (looking at you Tera Kasi players) but it was fun just picking people off during a big attack. Headshots were amazing.

Absolutely! The free roaming was amazing and the community was fun. I still loved how the vendor/crafting system led to actual brands becoming a big thing. On my server you weren’t really making it unless you could afford a gun made by Enott (if I remember the spelling correctly)

The first time I opened a holocron I got “Chef”. Nope. I stuck with my sharpshooter and just sold the things from that part on.

Soloing witches on Dathomir by kiting them was fun as hell.
