Spoon-feed is wrong. It should be drip-feed. Spoon-feed is when you do everything that needs to be done for a person, i.e. taking care of your infant child, or having to correct somebody’s comment on the internet cause they can’t be bothered to google.

I’m with @Getting here. Spoon-fed means that somebody does your work for you. The correct word you should have used was drip-feed.
