I don’t know if they distribute a client. If they do that’s illegal. Reverse engineering a protocol and programming a server isn’t however. I’m sure there were things done that make this legally not ok for them (testing a client for example breaks ToS).
Well the comment is repulsive - every word - however it’s either a serial killer in progress, or they know how to write irony correctly. I honestly believe the entire comment to be ironic - because - yes all lynchings are racisim, and all gas chambers were built to kill, and yes - all rapes are hate crimes.
If they can get that price - good for them. I don’t think a Toyota (even in mint condition) truck deserves to sell 30 years later for over it’s original MSRP.
Servers don’t use the name or art assets. Clients do.
Considering that I refuse to us a microsoft account for gaming I guess I won’t look at this game as a potential buy.

Um - in park (in an automatic) the only holding force is a small hook gear that locks the transmission into place when park is selected (mind it’s a very very strong gear - but it is just a single tooth that holds it).
Free as in beer - not as in speech. The difference is someone can give you a beer - but you can’t do anything with it but drink it. Speech is free as in you can take it - make it your own - do what you want with it.
I have both - one big point for the vita - it is not region locked, and if you like niche Japanese games (especially JRPG’s) there are a ton of options for the vita. The price of memory cards is outrageous.

Well it’s Diablo - pretty easy for a puppet to play just download one of (many) bots - heck if he started at the start of the season he could be ranked by now. Unless you really think those ranked players honestly have been playing 24/7 for weeks now and following the ToS...
This is why they brought the plan back - people can’t understand the math, and think they are getting a deal on the plan because they upfront 200 of the phone cost.
