And on a side note - we can make fuel for the machines necessary for large scale farming that doesn't require oil - the fact that we don't do so now is because oil is so cheap (due to the massive infrastructure already in place to process it) - someday we will use alternatives - just like we used to prior to oil.

When making ludicrous statements (such as corn contains animals) - using ridiculous logical constructs to try and make your point only further shows how radically out on a limb your point was to begin with.

ROFL - corn (or any type of cellulose) can be grown without oil - and has no animals in it - the fact that you can't think beyond how we do things now just shows you don't know how to think at all

So?

That's why I stated 'leading one to believe' - Where do you get anywhere in my post that I said they couldn't make money? I didn't say that - don't put words in my mouth. Blizzard did just fine prior to being bought by Activision (making gobs of money - even prior to WoW) - however prior to the Activision influence

Cellophane is one of the good uses of corn though - better that than plastics any day.

Depends on if that is plastic or cellophane - one of the two is made out of corn and is enviro- friendly - I don't know which is used here - just something to keep in mind.

Time to start a drive to amend the constitution with a pardon for Snowden - this is something we as a people could push forward with regardless of the people in power.

No I'm using jut 'canon' - if you wanted to delve into expanded universe there were three of them and a prototype.

Again - there is a difference between something happening that creates an inconsistancy - and something that is just not told but doesn't actually create a problem for the story.

For refernce:

That seems to be the timeline doesn't it? That isn't a plot hole btw.

Prototype - definition -

The unfinished battle station we see in episode IV. The very same. The inference is there without going to extended universe stuff - the fact that the first one took a good 20 years to make, and the second one was well underway in less than half that time (guesstimates here based on character ages) shows that they

Case in point - when he says that line - the only thing on the screen is:

That's the entire point - C-3PO was a moron and didn't realize that the ship was different - that's the entire point of him saying 'That's funny - the damage doesn't look as bad from out here' - while the *only* ship framed in the shot is the Star Destroyer.

Really? We need a suitable target to demonstrate the firepower of this battle station (paraphrase) - first time fired on Alderaan - if you need every single connection made for you in big neon letters its no wonder you are having issues with the rest of the movie.

It does if you actually watch the movie - little ship - big star destroyer - the way they 'invaded' the little ship was by swallowing it within their docking bay (the big hole in the underbelly) - so when the escape pods were ejected - 3po only saw 'one' ship - he didn't realise that it wasn't the one he was just on -

Episode IV it was established that it was the prototype and hadn't been tested yet.
