It's no bigger than "messing up" wit omnivorous kids. Everyone needs a balanced diet.

I have been vegan for 10 years and have a 6 year old son who has been vegan his entire life. He is slender, full of energy, and eats a variety of foods that other parents dream their kids would eat. Never had a single complication or meat cravings I keep hearing about during my pregnancy.

Do not feel ashamed of this. Pregnancy changed my body and dammit, sometimes it really pisses me off. And I got off easy! Only minor lasting effects. But still, I look at old photos of me and pine for my pre-pregnancy tummy. Just being honest.
