I can understand your exhaustion with the tree punching. But survival games are about resource and time management. If you take the time out of resource gathering you’re not left with anything anyways. It’d sorta be like taking jumping out of platformers... ?

People don’t want to go on a nuclear powered vessel. You can say whatever you want about the safety of nuclear power, but you can’t argue with people fearing the invisible stuff that causes really bad cancer.

Nuclear is still far more expensive, and the advantages here would be slight to nil.

There actually is only one Nuclear cargo ship presently, the Russian Sevmorput, and it was built in 1982.

Looks a bit more convenient than the Omni One VR Platform.

What’s weird is that a lot of these retro-shooters actually look worse than the shooters that inspired them. Dusk (without the recent HD upgrade) looks way worse than Quake ever did. The same people that hate on tank controls for old ps1 games are the same people that defend Monster Hunter and “Souls” horrendous control schemes and clunky gameplay.
