I have been getting the same feels from this duo. Jessica and Matt are the the most interesting pairing in this series and I wouldn't mind a sweet-acerbic tryst the two may share romantically.

I got the feeling that he was getting some sick pleasure out of punching one of those guys. He had disarmed him and yet continued to punch him.

No Ward! He's been sent on a business trip. But it has been pointed out that he has given instructions to terminate contracts with the companies working under The Hand. Ward's walking the straight line…..quite handsomely, I presume.

GoT writers have been moving along way too quickly though. I am both anticipating and dreading the finale.

Leave it to Danny to use arguably the most famous karate book by Gichin Funakoshi as his pillow. Has he forgotten getting his ass easily kicked by Lewis Tan's Zhou Cheng? Spend some time reading it instead of pouting, man!

What??? You are in for a treat my friend! That show is freakin' hilarious! Do watch it.

Finn Jones' fight scenes have a tendency to appear unimpressive. I guess after a miserable training session for that opening scene, the director sighed and said, "let's just kill the lights altogether!"

I have said it before, as long as they don't let Danny Rand run around solo, he becomes a lot less annoying. His presence among other Defenders diminishes the urge to punch his face.

How about that opening theme song? I think they hit the creativity peak with DD and JJ and afterwards it all tanked to a "meh!"

"Were they trying to hide Finn's limitations?"

C'mon! Do it for Ward….. Tom Pelphrey has done a marvelous job with the most one-dimensional character ever written. He is the best thing in Iron Fist.

I think it's just better to make peace with the fact that we have Finn Jones as Iron Fist who has been written as the whiniest, most annoying, privileged little piece of shit.
Although 4 episodes in, I am finding that Danny Rand is tolerable whenever he is not alone. Really, watch episode 3. There is a scene in which

Their chemistry is still sizzling in this one and I am only 4 episodes in and nothing romantic happens between them. It's just that Colter and Ritter seem to share a comfortable zone and their scenes, what little I have so far comes across, ooze with that deep sense of familiarity and care. Episode 4 has them have a

Yup, a B from my side as well! It was a good enough start of the series for me.

In the first shot the unnamed man Danny is trying to help calls him Iron fist, and this time instead of his Fist, Danny's face glows, "You know who I am??". I almost expected him to clutch his hair and start laughing out of sheer happiness!
4 episodes in, I found the pacing alright. Yup, it really picks up in the

Put the money in the Swear Jar….you know Pop's rules.

Those last scenes of episode 3 are awesome! I had to hit playback! I think the momentum has been built up nicely and I didn't find it frustrating at all, unlike IF.

So far a lot of people have been finding the pacing dull but it worked for me. The previous 4 Marvel series (DD1, DD2, JJ, LC), though each brilliant in its own right, all suffered from slow build up and lack-lusture narrative at times but The Defenders' first episode felt right to me. I don't think it's possible to

    *Gasp*

So far the early reviews have been calling JJ the MVP of the first half of the season. Danny still petulant, annoying, punchable (no surprises there!) but a slight improvement according to few.
