this was actually game studios with professional game testers, basically the second ai distracts you and you loose track of the rest of the enemies and a dude kills you from behind, your brain calls bs, and assumes the game cheated

theres been lots of studies in game studies about this, apparently we have the ability to make really smart ai that can outflank you and outsmart you, but every time its been implemented testers hate it, what we think is realistic is more of the hollywood version, when faced with thinking ai we think it cheats.
