I think IMSA racing really has a chance to grow. This concept is what NASCAR was started on — real cars, manufacturer support. Now NASCAR more resembles WWE than real wrasslin’, I mean racing.

I can’t bring myself to get rid of my ‘08 V6 Sport. Nothing in the price/size range has that power anymore. Plus you can select all 5 forward gears, and there is a (albeit weird) sequence you can perform to disable the traction control which is great fun in the “4WD” version that just blindly kicks power to the back…

The lack of turbo noise for the new GT in the video is reprehensible. That being said, I’ll gladly buy the set and teach my son to whistle to turbo noise. He’ll likely never drive anything naturally-aspirated anyways.
