Alas, slick as they were with Special Sauce, his tiny fingers could not grasp the wheel.

Ugh - that would be unpleasant. That shit is nasty.

And pig shit makes cow shit seem pleasant.

The EV6 isn’t a sedan. Or a hatchback, really, except in the broadest sense. It’s a midsize SUV. It’s between a Sportage and a Sorento in size.

The Taycan was said to do 0-60 in “under 4 seconds” before it was released, and the 750 hp Turbo S manages it in 2.6. I would be astonished if the quickest Polestar 5 (with 130+ hp more) takes longer than 3.

That makes a lot of sense - the relative cost of the two categories probably pushed Porsche towards LMDh too, given their long-standing focus on customer racing programs. I can’t imagine many customer teams being able to get together the money for an LMH season (or many manufacturers willing to offer the cars to

I suspect he’s not going to resign on the basis of that stated belief, true. I wonder though - is it even something that the court itself can decide (i.e. a judicial matter)? Or would it have to be a legislative process?

I wonder whether Porsche believe that as well - I’d be surprised if they entered the category with a genuine belief that they can’t win the most prestigious event on the calendar.

More freedom in general it seems, though with BoP in place, the freedom of LMH seems to be more a selling point for manufacturers than a performance differentiator.

Ah, very good. That makes more sense - cheers for the clarification.

It looks good, and the bodywork has some nice little references to other Porsches (is there maybe a bit of 911 in the side windows?).

The Built By Legends Mine’s R32 is $450K too, and their Spoon EG6 Civic is apparently $150K. They’re all silly money, because they’re being built as cost-no-object vehicles and I’m guessing the people buying them don’t care about the price.

Which has extended to them half-painting cars in several cases now, in an effort to shed a little more weight.

Oh, we get mendacious leaders who seem to fall arse-backwards into high office too. The wildlife don’t seem to take them all out.

Oh, no doubt. They’re certainly not perfect - they just tend to be (malfunctions notwithstanding) easier to get out of than toe cages - the twisting motion (as required for the SPD pedals I’ve got - I’ve never tried any others) is much easier to escape when you’re unbalanced than the backwards slide required for cages.

Like Thomas Midgley!

Never mind that throwing your left leg over the bike while your right foot is clipped in would be a great way to dislocate one or both of your right ankle and knee.

Yep - having age limits on the Supreme Court (or the High Court, as it is here in Australia), works perfectly well.

You can see the clip on the left side, and he’s pretty clearly trying to disentangle his right foot from the clip when he falls.

These ones? They’re the stock facelift lights (and quite similar, you’re right).
