Very unlikely. The safety systems in cars now are designed to keep the occupants in place even if they’re unrestrained. Even then, in a frontal crash the occupants will be thrown forward. If the crash was at a high enough speed that the driver ended up in the rear passenger seat, they probably wouldn’t be in a single…

The same could be said of many rich and famous people. The British in general seem to like having a royal family (less so the Scots), so if they’re going to exist then it’s good that some of them occasionally do something useful.

I would think that a driver’s license is required to get your DOT cert too (it’s not like it’s an alternative way of getting a license). My point was more about the low bar you have to clear to get that driver’s license in the first place.
