No, the equipment pictured is a hydrogen fuel cell generator. TommyKar is correct. Extreme E may have a hydrogen generator that creates the fuel via electrolysis of water, which can be powered by emissions-free energy, but that’s not what is pictured, nor is it the principal focus of the article.
