Eh, Horizon Zero Dawn is not a minor IP, it likely outsold any Ratchet and Clank game on the PS4, sold more PS4s than Ratchet & Clank, and the sequel got high amounts of attention for their PS5 showing. The fact that they’re ok to try that on PC, means it’s pretty likely we’ll see their other big franchises, and the

I’d rather just have a Switch Pro with a bigger battery, make it removable, and a 1080p screen with more power efficient components.

It’s kinda been a problem with every CDPR game at this point. Every Witcher game had pretty easy combat with obvious exploits, barring some weird occasional difficulty spikes with some bosses.

Yeah, I don’t see Cyberpunk becoming less relevant as some of the basic things it predicted are happening today, just to far less obvious extremes.

Thankfully they have the reveal trailers and announcements, because they’re the only bit of value out of the show.

It has become too saturated - there’s too much of it, and most of it is just rehashing the same old things yet again, both themes and aesthetics

Rockstar may keep on releasing brilliant games

Nintendo is definitely doing their own thing, and I’d still say I prefer their take on a console over Microsoft or Sony. My PC can already play high fidelity games, but the Switch brings a form factor my computer can’t do, so it’s a nice companion device.

Around middle-school through College most of my friends were at least casually into video games. Especially in high school and early college it was lots of RTS (Company of Heroes, C&C: Generals, Warcraft 3) and WoW became a thing everyone I knew played.

PC has devalued my Xbox One S a bunch, but I still find myself using it more than my PS4. Not for actual games, but for playing 4k blu-ray movies, which Sony still bizarrely didn’t support even on the Pro model.

Guarantee if you looked up enough people that have a deep history in social media who are left wing in the states or any other country you’ll also find disparaging opinions/jokes about trans people if they talked about those issues.

So...is Supergiant thinking of making a physical art book...cause I might buy one.

Both can be fun, but I’ve always preferred WRPGs because they typically enable the most actual role-playing. I’m not stuck on a perfectly linear storyline, and can make choices that express the character I want to be...which sometimes goes the complete opposite of the boy scout savior. I do like Bethesda’s games where

Honestly given the way Larian designs their games to be mod friendly, they should extend the character generator for people to add in models if they already haven’t as it goes through early access.

While it’s clear that the Chinese government is authoritarian to its core, these policies have also given rise to a growing movement in the gaming community that uses such incidents as cover for racism and Sinophobia.

The pandemic likely has slowed them down, but every game Larian has done through early access ends up coming through the other side in great condition with easily some of the best post-release support a dev can do.

Most people are pretty decent (creative or otherwise), but being decent isn’t newsworthy like being a famous a-hole is.

Pretty much all gods have vague visual imagery or basic symbols, and some none at all because they can take multiple forms. It’s really their role and temperament that I think is important to convey.

Think I’m just gonna wait now on this, because it will likely come to PC at some point.

Kinda funny given the series was originally PC-centric until 4.
