Judging from the mangled bikes, some of those cyclists probably have permanent physical damage. Because some little sh*t wanted to make an idiotic statement. So wreck his life.

You seem shocked that people would roll coal at people on bikes. I’m pretty sure that’s the whole reason that modification to trucks was invented. I’ve seen more trucks rolling coal on a bike, than I have in a car, quite honestly.
