I have a weird feeling that you already had this plan in place and just substituted ‘tracking device’ for something else.

Step 1: remove tracking device

It almost sounds like the removal of the tracking device is basically a legalized form of entrapment - we don’t like you, so we put a device on your car, and if you remove it or it stops working, we have probable cause to turn you over.
