Probably. I still get a kick out of telling non-Americans about the how the US tax system works in general, and also about how Americans still pay for a lot of things with actual paper checks - something that hasn’t been done in most developed countries for a decade or two.

I’m so sad because she’s one of our favorites and this is a show that looks terrible. Can she rise above the material? Probably. But that’s not going to be enough. 

Honestly, now that Brockovich is peddling poorly researched claims about shrinking penises and dwindling sperm counts, I’m not wild about the idea of a show steered by her.

Sagal is great in many things, and will probably act her ass off in that show inasmuch as the writing will allow.
